Job Summary
As a Business IT Architect at Germany's first 'Neo-Private Bank,' you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation. Working within the Strategy and Transformation department, you will be responsible for capturing, consolidating, and prioritizing business requirements and translating them into sustainable IT architecture solutions. You will serve as the central interface between internal departments, IT teams, and external service providers like Atruvia AG. Your daily work involves coordinating technical roadmaps, managing resource and budget planning, and ensuring transparent documentation of architectural decisions. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the analysis and structuring of business requirements
- Proven experience in project management or requirements management
- Extensive foundational understanding of IT architectures, platforms, and digital solutions
- Experience acting as a mediator between business units, IT, and management
- Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers and partners
