Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Building Automation, you will take full responsibility for project execution starting from the construction phase (LP 8). Your daily activities involve coordinating internal teams, specialist planners, and subcontractors to ensure seamless installation and assembly. You will manage scheduling, project engineering for Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology, and control systems for HVAC (HLSK) trades. This role requires a strong focus on financial management, including calculating supplementary offers and processing final invoices. You will also lead the commissioning process, conducting data point tests and site handovers while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
