This full-time, permanent role within the Herten Real Estate Enterprise (HIB) involves managing the commercial operations for approximately 120 municipal buildings. You will be responsible for day-to-day budget execution, SAP master data maintenance, and the billing of service contracts between HIB and the city. Key tasks include managing funding grants, creating internal reports, and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong numerical skills who enjoys working in a public sector environment. Required Skills
Education
Completion of Administrative Course I (AL I/VL I), or qualified Office Management Assistant, Tax Assistant, or a three-year commercial apprenticeship in Real Estate or Banking.
Experience
- Professional experience in a municipal or real estate environment is preferred
- Experience in funding and grant management is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in commercial accounting and financial reporting
- Proven experience using SAP and Microsoft Office in a professional context
