Job Summary
As a Software Architect at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company) in Mannheim, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the software architecture for advanced semiconductor metrology systems. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer in complex system environments
- Professional experience with hardware interfaces and software-hardware integration
- Experience with long-lifecycle software projects and scalable coding standards
- Experience in real-time systems or optical sensor data processing is a strong advantage

- The role is based in Mannheim with a hybrid working model. Candidates must be able to collaborate with global R&D teams. Remote work is possible for up to 20 days per year from any EU country.
