Job Summary
This role involves the scientific evaluation of human toxicology data for biocides and plant protection products within a specialized regulatory consultancy. As a Scientific Expert, you will prepare human health sections of registration dossiers, identify data gaps, and develop testing strategies to meet complex EU regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring ongoing studies at CROs, and communicating directly with international clients and regulatory authorities. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Bio-)Chemistry, Biotechnology, Agricultural Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in toxicological evaluation within a regulatory context
- Professional experience with the EU regulatory framework for biocides and plant protection products
- Experience in endocrine disruption assessments in toxicology is preferred
- Experience with biological plant protection products is considered an asset
- Proven experience in project coordination and communication with regulatory authorities
