Job Summary
As a Sustainability Specialist at AUMOVIO in Regensburg, you will play a pivotal role in driving environmental and social governance within the automotive supply chain. Your daily responsibilities include rolling out general sustainability requirements to suppliers, coordinating with internal stakeholders in legal and communications to ensure regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic activities such as Product Carbon Footprint analysis and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). You will be responsible for creating training materials and managing sustainability reporting tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in an intercultural, remote environment and is passionate about data-driven environmental strategies. Required Skills
Education
Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in procurement, supply chain, quality, and sustainability
- Proven experience in implementing processes and process changes, preferably within an IT context
- Extensive experience working in intercultural and remote project teams
- Demonstrated experience in sustainability reporting and compliance with legal requirements
