Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability and security of data center operations. Your daily responsibilities include planning and executing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and generators. You will also monitor and optimize cooling and climate control systems to maintain an energy-efficient environment. Beyond technical maintenance, you will spearhead infrastructure projects for both existing facilities and greenfield developments, coordinating closely with external partners, architects, and internal technical teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical troubleshooting and high-level project management. The position is particularly attractive due to its hybrid working model, 30 days of annual leave, and a strong focus on employee health and professional development within a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (ideally with a Master Craftsman/Meister certification) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management and data center technology.
  • Proven experience in the areas of refrigeration, air conditioning, emergency power supply, and electrical engineering.
  • Experience in managing external partners, architects, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated experience in structured technical fault analysis and sustainable problem resolution.
