Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves joining the financial administration team of the German Franciscan Province in Munich. As a Financial Accountant or Tax Specialist, you will manage a wide range of accounting duties including accounts payable, fixed assets, and donation accounting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve processing payment transactions, handling cash and bank postings for various facilities, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements. Additionally, you will be responsible for VAT advance notifications, preparing annual tax returns, and overseeing the distribution of cost center reports. A unique aspect of this role includes providing IT administration for the department's specialized software programs.
