Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management of Electrical Technical Building Services (E-TGA) projects for a leading regional industrial service provider. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Your daily activities will include attending site meetings, conducting measurements, and supervising both internal staff and subcontractors. You will also handle the final acceptance and handover of projects to clients, alongside managing supplementary claims (change management). This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys a mix of site supervision and administrative project control. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in electrical engineering; ideally with further qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Electrical Technician (Elektrotechniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical technical building equipment (E-TGA)
- Experience in project management including deadline and cost control
- Experience in supervising technical staff and subcontractors
- Experience in project acceptance and client handover processes
Languages
Additional
- The position is a full-time, permanent role (unbefristet). German language proficiency of at least level B2 is explicitly required.
