Job Summary
As an IT Application Manager at OVB Vermögensberatung AG, you will be responsible for the technical and functional management of web-based software solutions and mobile apps used by financial consultants. Your daily activities will include managing interfaces between CRM applications and partner systems, providing second-level support for complex system issues, and coordinating with external service providers for bug fixes and new implementations. You will play a key role in the planning and conceptual design of new IT solutions, including creating technical requirement specifications and conducting training for key users. This position is ideal for someone with a background in Computer Science who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, system optimization, and stakeholder management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational qualification such as IT Specialist for Application Development.
Experience
- Professional experience in supporting web-based software solutions and mobile applications
- Practical programming experience in a high-level programming language
- Experience in managing technical interfaces and coordinating with external IT service providers
- Experience in conducting user training and creating technical manuals
- Preferred experience within the insurance or financial services sector
