This full-time, permanent position involves providing high-level administrative support to the Division Manager of Youth, Family, Inclusion & Addiction at AWO Schleswig-Holstein. You will be responsible for the independent coordination of appointments, preparation of meetings, and managing internal and external communications with business partners and authorities. Day-to-day tasks include handling business correspondence, supporting HR-related matters, managing documentation and databases, and overseeing procurement and invoicing. You will also play a key role in optimizing administrative processes and assisting with project management and budget negotiations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a social services environment. Required Skills
