Job Summary
This role focuses on the digital transformation and process optimization of a motorcycle dealership across its workshop, sales, and administrative departments. As a Business Informatics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows to make them faster and more efficient using pragmatic digital solutions and modern AI tools. Your day-to-day will involve digitizing order entries, structuring lead management, performing inventory turnover analyses, and automating repetitive administrative tasks. This position is unique because it offers high creative freedom and direct collaboration with senior management to fundamentally improve business operations. It is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a mix of technical automation and hands-on organizational development within a specialized retail and technical environment. The role is initially available as a part-time position or a 6-month project with the potential for permanent employment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or certification in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from a technical college or vocational school.
Experience
- Professional experience in process analysis and workflow optimization
- Practical experience using automation tools such as Make or Zapier
- Experience in applying AI tools to business processes
- Experience in retail or technical environments is preferred
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and lead organizational change
