Job Summary
As an IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. Your daily activities will include providing first and second-level support to employees, managing Windows-based client hardware and software, and assisting in the administration of both Windows and Linux server environments. You will play a key role in managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, while also contributing to the development of IT security measures and strategic IT projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT education (Apprenticeship, Higher Technical Institute (HTL), University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems administration and support
- Practical experience with Windows and Linux server/client environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Foundational experience in virtualization and networking technologies
- Experience in implementing and developing IT security measures
