As a Senior Construction Manager for Control and Signaling (LST) systems at DB InfraGO AG, you will be responsible for the professional, timely, and high-quality execution of maintenance, conversion, and assembly work on railway infrastructure. Your day-to-day involves managing both internal personnel and external service providers, acquiring orders, and creating detailed maintenance plans and service specifications. You will oversee site logistics, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. A key part of the role includes financial oversight, such as cost control, invoice verification, and resource planning. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Transport Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman/Meister or Technician with relevant professional experience).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Control and Signaling (LST) technology, preferably within railway infrastructure
- Proven experience in construction management or project steering
- Experience in leading and disposing personnel in compliance with legal and collective bargaining requirements
- Professional experience in cost control, invoice auditing, and financial measure management
- Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing site operations
Languages
Additional
- Location flexible within Germany (Frankfurt am Main or Hanau as official base). Requires knowledge of DB InfraGO AG guidelines and technical regulations. Must be able to handle 'Betra' applications and track closure coordination.
