Job Summary

As a Patent Attorney specializing in Physics at one of Europe's most prestigious intellectual property firms, you will provide comprehensive legal and technical counsel to a diverse client base. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve drafting, filing, and prosecuting national and international patent applications, as well as representing clients before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA). You will analyze complex technical invention disclosures, conduct patent searches, and provide expert legal opinions on infringement and validity. Beyond individual casework, you will play a leadership role by supervising junior staff and patent engineers.
