Job Summary

In this role, you will join a six-person team within the ALH Group's Central Project and Document Management department, operating out of either Stuttgart or Oberursel. Your primary responsibility is the strategic steering and further development of input management systems. This involves conducting market and trend analyses to develop implementation concepts for strategic initiatives. You will act as a vital link between IT, project teams, and various business departments, managing complex interfaces and overseeing external service providers through planning and controlling. A significant part of the role involves creating practical efficiency-enhancing solutions, such as utilizing SmartFix. This position is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys a mix of conceptual strategy and hands-on process optimization within a stable yet forward-thinking insurance and financial services environment. The role offers high flexibility with hybrid work options and a 38-hour work week.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as document or input management
  • Professional experience in managing external service providers and cross-functional interfaces
  • Experience in developing strategic concepts based on market and competitive analysis
  • Practical experience in process optimization and efficiency management
