Job Summary

As an IT Support Engineer, you will join an established technology company specializing in business communication solutions. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, qualifying, and processing technical inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system. You will be responsible for analyzing, reproducing, and independently resolving technical malfunctions, while also maintaining technical documentation and configuring end-user devices such as telephones and headsets. A significant part of the role involves supporting the company's proprietary cloud solution and communicating directly with partners and end customers. This position is particularly attractive due to its high flexibility, offering full remote work options, flexible working hours, and the unique opportunity to work from other EU countries for up to two weeks per year. The role provides a modern working environment with flat hierarchies and a salary potential of up to €60,000 per year.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification. Career changers with relevant experience are also considered.

Experience

Professional experience in IT support or system integration
Experience in analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions
Experience with cloud-based environments or VoIP technology is advantageous
Experience in customer-facing roles and partner communication
Experience in technical documentation maintenance
