Job Summary
This full-time position involves supporting the fee-processing team for a public law corporation in Berlin-Charlottenburg. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and processing of billing master data, conducting plausibility checks on data deliveries, and coordinating with internal departments. A significant portion of the role focuses on calculating monthly installments, preparing accounting entries, and drafting decision templates. You will also play a key role in updating and refining financial reporting processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., Office Management, Social Insurance Specialist, Legal Assistant, or Healthcare Management).
Experience

- Proven track record of handling sensitive financial data with high reliability and confidentiality
