As an IT Hardware Management Specialist at Engelbert Strauss, you will be the primary point of contact for all hardware-related inquiries within the 'IT-Village' in Biebergemünd. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the entire hardware lifecycle—from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning. You will handle ticket prioritization, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide sustainable solutions for colleagues across various departments. Beyond operational tasks, you will actively participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects and collaborate closely with your team to maintain a high-performance, collegial atmosphere. Required Skills

Experience

- Proven experience in prioritizing tasks and managing support tickets in a structured manner
- Experience in collaborative IT project implementation and knowledge sharing
