Job Summary

This role involves managing the financial operations for the Social Services Department in Ulm, which oversees an annual budget of approximately €130 million. As a Budgeting and Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for advising grant recipients, processing and auditing grant applications, and managing household budget allocations. Your daily tasks include drafting council resolutions, coordinating external funding requests (e.g., from the State of Baden-Württemberg), and conducting financial project monitoring. You will also contribute to the development of internal processes and generate statistics for departmental controlling. Required Skills
