Job Summary

As an AIOps Engineer at Accso, you will act as a digital tailor, developing bespoke software solutions for high-profile clients such as BMW, AXA, and Deutsche Bahn. Your daily responsibilities involve building autonomous AI agents and managing production-ready LLM Ops pipelines, including the implementation of prompt logic, memory bank concepts, and multi-agent systems. You will be responsible for integrating Large Language Model applications into existing APIs and optimizing performance metrics like latency and cost. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline.

Experience

Relevant professional experience in software development, specifically using Python
Proven experience in developing functional AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
Practical experience in setting up RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups
Experience working within dynamic, cross-functional project teams

Languages

Additional

Fluent German at a minimum of C1 level is required. The role involves working on-site with clients or in a hybrid office setup.
