Job Summary

As a Product Introduction Troubleshooter at Alstom's historic Kassel site, you will play a critical role in the operational and warranty support of the Traxx locomotive platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve field service tasks, including the static and dynamic commissioning of locomotives, performing modifications, and conducting comprehensive functional testing. You will be responsible for creating technical documentation, error reports, and test specifications while ensuring compliance with standard processes such as ECM.
