Job Summary

This role is a trainee position designed to prepare a professional for the critical responsibility of managing and monitoring regional utility networks. Based in the Network Control Center, the successful candidate will operate in a three-shift system to ensure the operational safety and stability of power, water, and waste disposal systems. Key responsibilities include creating and verifying switching instructions for high-voltage networks up to 110kV, coordinating fault detection, and managing emergency response measures. This position is particularly attractive as it is part of a long-term succession planning strategy, offering a permanent contract and a structured path toward becoming a certified Grid Master. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) with a further qualification as a Master Electrician (Meister), or the willingness to acquire the Master qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or industrial electronics
  • Experience in the operation or maintenance of technical supply networks
  • Proven reliability and ability to handle high-responsibility tasks
  • Experience in documenting and evaluating technical process sequences
