Job Summary
This role is ideal for a financial professional looking to move away from client-facing consultancy and into a central, internal operational role. Based at the HSP GROUP headquarters, you will be the engine of the company's internal financial processes, managing day-to-day accounting via DATEV and DATEV Unternehmen Online (DUO). A significant portion of the role involves managing e-commerce interfaces (Shopify, Billbee, Mollie) and optimizing digital document workflows. Beyond accounting, you will handle back-office operations including contract management, deadline monitoring, and internal documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification in accounting/finance.
Experience
- Professional experience in financial accounting or tax consulting
- Extensive practical experience using DATEV software suite and digital accounting tools
- Experience in managing e-commerce data flows and technical interfaces
- Proven track record in process optimization and digital document management
- Experience in preparing financial statements for tax advisors
