Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity for students to move beyond theoretical university projects and gain hands-on experience in an international industrial company specializing in cutting technology. As a Working Student in Data & Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in creating transparency across production, logistics, and controlling. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing ERP and production data, writing SQL queries to extract KPIs, and building structured data models. You will also develop interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. The position is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with IT, Controlling, and Production departments. It is particularly attractive due to its flexibility (15-20 hours per week), hybrid work options, and the use of modern BI tools. Required Skills
Education
Ongoing university studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Experience
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and evaluation
- Interest in business processes and analytical work
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
