Job Summary

This 18-24 month Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) at Bosch Rexroth offers an immersive start into the development of hydraulic components for mobile machinery. As a trainee, you will rotate through 4-6 different departments, including product development for pumps, motors, and valves, as well as validation testing and simulation. A key highlight of the role is a mandatory international assignment, providing global exposure within the organization.
