Job Summary

As a Research Engineer at Bosch, you will lead the development of next-generation intelligent systems by integrating reinforcement learning with agentic AI and multi-modal foundation models. Your daily responsibilities include architecting sophisticated AI systems, fine-tuning large-scale models (LLMs, VLMs, VLAs), and conducting original research to solve complex scientific problems. Required Skills

Education

PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Deep Reinforcement Learning and behavioral learning, including Safe RL or Multi-agent RL
  • Proven track record with Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs/VLMs/VLAs)
  • Extensive experience in Python and industry-standard Machine Learning frameworks
  • Experience in software development within large teams and deploying ML-based systems for real-world applications
  • Strong publication record in leading AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or CVPR
