This full-time, permanent position involves managing wastewater infrastructure for the Verbandsgemeinde Linz am Rhein. You will serve as a technical project manager overseeing the optimization of drainage systems and wastewater treatment plants across all HOAI performance phases. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction and maintenance with engineering firms, preparing public tenders, and acting as the Technical Manager (TSM) and Water Protection Officer. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in project management and technical project steering
  • Experience with public sector procurement processes and regulations (VOB/HOAI)
  • Experience in coordinating with engineering offices, service providers, and regulatory authorities
