As an Inside Sales Manager for the Surface Treatment Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between laboratory, production, and field sales teams. Operating from the Heidelberg headquarters, your daily responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, managing existing customer relationships, and supporting new business development. You will be tasked with conducting market and competitor analyses, creating price calculations, and tracking sales projects independently. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or (Technical) Business Administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in inside sales within an industrial company is preferred.
- Experience or touchpoints in the field of surface treatment is highly desirable.
- Experience in coordinating activities between technical departments (lab/production) and sales.
- Proven ability in independent project follow-up and market observation.
- Career starters with a technical or commercial background are explicitly welcome.
