Job Summary
This role within the Controlling & Business Intelligence team at Klinikum Itzehoe focuses on shaping the data-driven future of the hospital. You will be responsible for the strategic development and modernization of the central Microsoft SQL Server Data Warehouse. Day-to-day tasks include integrating diverse data sources such as SAP, Oracle, and MySQL, building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and modeling complex data to define KPI logics. You will also create interactive dashboards and reports to support management decisions while ensuring the stability and performance of the data platform. Required Skills
Education

- Professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Science
- Experience in developing and maintaining Data Warehouse environments
- Experience with data integration and connecting various source systems
- Proven track record in SQL and working with relational data models
- Experience in structured documentation and data quality management
