Job Summary
As an IT Systems Technician at plusserver, a leading German cloud provider, you will be responsible for the physical infrastructure of data centers in Düsseldorf and Köln. Your day-to-day activities involve the installation, cabling, and electrical connection of server hardware and network components, alongside performing essential repairs. You will act as a technical point of contact for customer inquiries, managing them independently while monitoring the company's internal data center infrastructure and electronic systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician (IT-Systemelektroniker), IT Service Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Systems Technician or in a comparable technical role
- Practical experience in handling server hardware and network components
- Experience in independent troubleshooting and customer service
- Experience working within a data center environment or electronic infrastructure
