Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer based in Krefeld, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of control systems for industrial machinery and plants. Your day-to-day activities involve programming using Siemens TIA Portal and S7, creating and optimizing HMI visualizations, and conducting rigorous functional and system tests. A significant portion of the role includes commissioning systems both at the factory and on-site at customer locations, requiring a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and error elimination. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a Technician, or a comparable university degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in PLC programming
- Extensive experience working with Siemens TIA Portal and S7 environments
- Proven track record in machine and plant commissioning
- Experience in error analysis and sustainable troubleshooting in industrial settings
- Practical experience in creating and adjusting system visualizations

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site commissioning are required. Position is a permanent, full-time role located in Krefeld.
