Your primary responsibility involves the disciplinary and functional leadership of three specialized teams: Workplace Hardware, Workplace Application, and Onsite Support. You will be tasked with the strategic development of the department, focusing on the continuous optimization of hardware and software service offerings and the promotion of process automation. Acting as a strategic sparring partner for team leads, you will ensure high service quality through effective management of external service providers.
