As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance, providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support and customer consulting. Your daily responsibilities include performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network environments. You will play a key role in administering Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and cloud services, while managing user accounts through Active Directory and Azure AD. The role also involves maintaining virtualization environments using VMware and Hyper-V, as well as overseeing firewall, VPN, and network infrastructures. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or several years of equivalent professional experience in the specified field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server technologies and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
  • Practical experience in managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
  • Proven experience with virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Experience in managing modern network technologies including SD-WAN and Firewalls
