Job Summary
As a Service Technician for AV Media Technology and IT Support at FLM Media, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and ongoing support of sophisticated audio-visual and conference room systems. Your daily activities involve conducting on-site measurements, performing technical diagnostics, and resolving hardware or software malfunctions. You will also manage the internal ticketing system, assist with new installations, and provide essential training to clients on how to operate their bespoke media solutions. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, Information Electronics Technician, or Specialist for Event Technology).
Experience
- Professional experience in media technology or a closely related technical industry
- Practical experience in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of technical systems
- Experience in managing and evaluating technical support ticketing systems
- Proven track record in providing technical customer service and on-site support
- Experience in conducting technical measurements and error diagnostics
