Job Summary
As an Analytics Engineer, you will be the primary expert responsible for scaling and optimizing the company's analytics stack within an innovative e-commerce environment. Your daily responsibilities include performing independent data analyses to support various departments and management, as well as maintaining and evolving stable data pipelines. You will focus on data modeling within Snowflake to ensure scalable and maintainable structures, while defining and implementing company-wide KPIs. A significant portion of the role involves creating and refining Power BI reports for product, finance, and management use cases, alongside developing forecasting models. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a hands-on approach to building modern data stacks. You will work within a small, high-impact Business Intelligence team where you have significant creative freedom and short decision-making paths to influence the company's data landscape.

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the Business Intelligence or Analytics environment
- Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and reports
- Professional experience working with the Modern Data Stack (e.g., Airbyte, Snowflake, dbt)
- Experience in stakeholder management and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
