As an HR Analytics & Systems Specialist based in Essen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of human resources for an innovative and established company. Your daily responsibilities include preparing and analyzing complex HR data to support strategic decision-making, developing HR reporting frameworks, and communicating data-driven insights to various stakeholders in a privacy-compliant manner. You will be a key contributor to major HR projects involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Employee Central, while also managing data collection for compensation and payroll structures. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Proven experience in structuring and handling complex data structures
- Significant experience in analyzing compensation and payroll structures
- Solid project experience with operational HR software solutions and tools
- Practical experience with SAP HCM and the SuccessFactors Suite
