As a PLC Programmer at nora systems GmbH, you will play a critical role in the Internal Production department by developing and optimizing PLC programs for global-scale rubber flooring manufacturing. Your daily responsibilities include the commissioning and maintenance of production machinery, performing systematic fault analysis to minimize downtime, and creating comprehensive technical documentation such as circuit diagrams and functional descriptions. You will also collaborate across teams to drive process improvements through automation software development. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study; or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming using common industrial systems.
- Practical experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated production plants.
- Experience in commissioning new machines and technical systems.
- Demonstrated experience in creating technical documentation and circuit diagrams.
- Experience in collaborating with internal production and maintenance departments.
