Job Summary

This role involves the precision measurement and evaluation of complex components for a leading global energy sector client in Berlin. As a specialist in special metrology, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing complex measurement programs, including the simulation and execution of measurement sequences. You will apply advanced optical and mechanical methods such as structured light scanning, photogrammetry, and laser tracking. Day-to-day tasks include performing measurements in automated cells and assembly areas, archiving protocols, and consulting with engineering teams to optimize results. This position is particularly attractive due to the opportunity to work with cutting-edge ZEISS/GOM and Hexagon technology in a modern environment, offering a competitive salary up to €59,000 per year and the potential for permanent takeover by the client.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the field of metrology or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

Professional experience with optical and mechanical measurement procedures
Experience in creating and optimizing complex measurement programs and sequences
Proven experience using specialized metrology software (ZEISS/GOM, Hexagon, or Mitutoyo)
Experience communicating technical details with engineering departments and customers
