Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Manager based in Essen, you will take on a multifaceted role with technical responsibility for overseeing electrical engineering projects. Your daily activities will include the professional, economic, and schedule-based management of electrical contracts, maintaining site diaries, and participating in construction meetings. You will be responsible for on-site safety coordination, leading workgroups, and preparing comprehensive documentation. A significant part of the role involves direct customer consultation and support, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Electrical Installer). Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in the electrical field is desirable.

Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in Building Services (TGA) or as a Lead Electrical Technician
Experience in managing electrical projects regarding technical, economic, and scheduling aspects
Proven experience in leading workgroups and ensuring on-site safety compliance
Experience in creating site measurements and maintaining construction diaries

Languages

German (Fluent)
