Job Summary
As a Regional Practice Manager for the Reutlingen area, you will oversee multiple Medical Care Centers (MVZ) across two entities specializing in ophthalmology. Your daily responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison between physicians and executive management, leading personnel across various sites, and driving strategic projects such as process optimization and software implementation. You will handle complex administrative tasks including statutory and private health insurance billing, coordination with the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV), and medical device management. This role is unique because it offers high-level oversight of 16 locations across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, combining medical expertise with modern technology. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial or medical field (e.g., Healthcare Management Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Optician). Ideally holds further certification as a Health Care Specialist (Fachwirt) or Practice Manager.

- Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position within the healthcare sector
- Experience in personnel management and staff development
