Your day-to-day will involve coordinating technical and infrastructural building management, developing KPIs and controlling instruments, and overseeing procurement for administrative equipment and vehicles. You will also manage property operations, lease agreements, and logistical support for elections. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Real Estate/Facility Management), Facility Management, Real Estate Economics, Business Administration (with FM experience), or Engineering (with FM experience).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a responsible leadership position, preferably within the municipal or public sector
- Extensive professional experience in facility management or real estate management
- Proven experience in project management and conceptual organizational development
- Experience in budget planning and economic controlling

Additional
- Knowledge of German public sector budgetary and procurement law (TVöD/VKA context) is required. The role is based in Bautzen with a 39-hour work week.
