Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position based in Gelnhausen-Hailer involves providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Operations Management and Executive Board of a municipal waste management entity. You will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, organizing committee meetings, and managing internal and external communications. Key tasks include minute-taking during sessions, overseeing occupational health and safety measures, and coordinating personnel development initiatives such as trainee and intern supervision. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in executive assistance and committee work
- Professional experience in commercial or administrative office management
- Experience in municipal administration or the waste management industry is desirable
- Proven track record in independent and structured work environments

- Driving license class B is desirable due to the location of the operation. Must be able to work 39 hours per week in Gelnhausen-Hailer.
