Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering (e.g., Hospital Operations Technology, Energy and Building Technology, Supply Engineering, Facility Management) or a qualification as a state-certified Technician or Master Craftsman in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, or Sanitary Engineering).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a complex technical environment
- Initial leadership experience is advantageous
- Experience in managing construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
- Professional experience in technical and commercial facility management
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and contract monitoring
