Job Summary

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing the Quality Management System (QMS) at the local site while ensuring harmonization across other locations. Your daily activities will include leading and developing the local quality team, managing certifications such as EN/AS 9100 and Nadcap, and overseeing systematic quality processes including FAI, PPAP, and CAPA management. You will act as a key interface between customers, production, engineering, and senior management, while also handling supplier qualifications and audits. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree or equivalent training in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the aerospace supply industry
  • Proven leadership experience with success in building or changing organizational structures
  • Extensive experience in quality management within a leadership function
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting internal and external audits
  • Practical experience in implementing aviation-relevant standards and supplier management
