Job Summary
As the Facility Manager for 'Haus Prosperstraße' in Essen, you will lead a residential facility dedicated to supporting 19 adults with mental health conditions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the professional and organizational development of person-centered support services, team leadership, and strategic personnel planning. You will be responsible for the economic management of the facility, ensuring responsible use of resources while actively networking within the local social space. A significant part of the role involves implementing and evolving requirements related to the Federal Participation Act (BTHG). This position is ideal for a leader who combines social pedagogical expertise with business acumen. Education
Completed degree in Social Work or Social Management.
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience within the social psychiatric field
