Job Summary
As the Head of Industrial Engineering and Maintenance at Interprint, a leading international decor printer, you will lead and strategically develop the maintenance department. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the technical availability and functionality of production machinery, planning maintenance measures, and conducting structured weak-point analyses for technical optimization. You will serve as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) and oversee the maintenance budget. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic planning. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics plus a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification, Technical degree (Techniker), or a university degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Practical experience with electrical systems and production machinery
