Job Summary

As a Chemical Technician in Shift Work, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production process within a high-tech chemical facility. Your daily activities include charging solid raw materials, adding catalysts and additives, and operating sophisticated production equipment such as discharge systems, flatbed sieves, and filling lines. A significant portion of the role involves handling high-molecular polyester granulation and managing hot melts. You will ensure product excellence through regular sampling and quality control checks. Additionally, you will manage the filling and labeling of lacquer resins and granulates into various containers, including Big Bags. The role is highly dynamic, requiring you to perform regular maintenance, pump inspections, and STRATA loading in compliance with hazardous goods regulations.
