Job Summary
As a (Senior) Project Manager for the Contact Center Platform, you will be the driving force behind revolutionizing the customer journey through AI-powered solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conceptualizing and leading the development of conversational AI tools, including chatbots and voicebots, while translating complex business requirements into clear user stories. You will manage the project lifecycle end-to-end, overseeing budgeting, personnel planning, and the strategic backlog to ensure ambitious automation goals are met. Leading an interdisciplinary agile team, you will act as a bridge between business departments and IT. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Certifications in agile or classic project management (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP) are preferred.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in IT project management at the interface between business and IT.
- Deep expertise in implementing Voice/Chat, Conversational AI, and Contact Center technologies.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering AI-related projects.
- Experience working within agile frameworks and creating technical user stories.
- Experience leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams.
