Job Summary
As an IT Business Partner in Client Management and Support at SÜDKURIER Medienhaus, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure of a top 10 German media group. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC systems, iOS clients, and peripheral devices within a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment. You will act as the primary contact for hardware ranging from smartphones and tablets to VoIP systems, while also managing second-level support tickets. Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems integration or a comparable technical field
- Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of Windows-based PC systems
- Experience in managing mobile devices (iOS, smartphones, tablets)
- Proven track record in second-level technical support and troubleshooting
- Experience with software distribution and standard business applications
